Re-grip golf clubs with tire inflator
By
If you don’t have an air compressor, a tire inflator will do the trick! The grip shown was not held on with 2-sided tape, only masking tape. For 2 sided tape, slide a plastic tube over the grip to keep it from exploding, and squirt some solvent into the vent hole. Then apply air, the grip will swell, and finally the air will find its way out the far end. At that point, remove the tube, then blow the grip off the club.

This actually works pretty well for installing new grips. It is not nearly that easy to remove a grip that has been on more than a little while. A great way to trash your grips is to use an unregulated air source. However these portables are low CFM so with a little practice and patience you can probably do it all.
But, it is Sooooo much easier to save an old grip with regulated air and volume control.
