looks like a lot of good answers already, I’ll just add that you will have bad days and you will always have that one shot that makes you still want to play.
1. Golf clubs that suit your playing style.
2. A good golf pro.
3. Patience, patience, patience.
4. Never stop learning, never stop improving.
5. Lots of band-aids to wrap painful fingers. References :
Swing straight back and up. once you get in a good position don’t take your eyes off the ball and don’t move from your position that is working so that you don’t lift your head up. I would also say to get clubs from a goodwill or soemthing like that because I paid 17 dollars to get a awsome whole set of Irons, woods and drivers with a bag. If I would have bought in a store for regular retail this complete set would have been over 1500 dollars! References :
Work on your short game, once you get say 150 yards and into the green. Get used to hitting your irons close, then chipping and putting are the most reasons players start adding strokes to the score cards.
Ive seen a drive of 350 on a par4 420 and the person still score a 7.
Think 3 puts max per green, if you can do that your game will improve. References :
